1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ak88 and any individual ("Player", "User", "You") who accesses, registers with, or uses the ak88 platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, payment systems, promotional programmes, and any associated services.

By completing the registration process on ak88, by making a deposit into your ak88 account, or by placing any bet or wager on any game or sporting event offered through the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full, without reservation. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

ak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notification to Players. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date of the latest revision displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ak88.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, bet, or wagering activity on ak88. By proceeding with registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. ak88 may require documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ak88 platform is designed and operated for players in Bangladesh. You represent that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ak88 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those it expressly targets. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ak88. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally, accidentally, or through the use of a household member's identity — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ak88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and withhold any bonus funds obtained across those accounts.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not permitted to hold an account or place wagers on ak88:

• Persons under 18 years of age
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from ak88 or who are under an active self-exclusion order
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of ak88 or any of its affiliated entities
• Persons using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Persons who have provided false or misleading information during registration

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of ak88 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad). Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. ak88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ak88 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ak88 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request copies of valid identity documents (such as a National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account) before approving withdrawal requests or in response to activity that triggers our internal review procedures.

Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal access. ak88 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals where such delays are caused by a Player's failure to submit required documentation promptly.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your contact number, email address, or residential address. Account information must remain accurate at all times. ak88 may request re-verification of account details periodically as part of ongoing compliance procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Always refer to the current cashier page within your ak88 account for the most up-to-date list of supported payment options.

4.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount on ak88 is ৳200. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by ak88, although your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ak88 account balance in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. ak88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

ak88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be approved where outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met, where there is an ongoing account investigation, or where the account has been flagged for suspicious activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ak88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Account balances, bets, winnings, bonus amounts, and all monetary figures displayed on the platform are denominated in Taka. ak88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ak88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms when read together.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms, all bonus amounts credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Players are responsible for checking the applicable rollover multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds (for sportsbook bets), and expiry timeframe before accepting any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ak88 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing hedged or low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement, using the same payment method or device across multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, and any other behaviour that ak88 determines constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, ak88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will be automatically removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to track the status of active bonuses in your account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on ak88 are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of a discrepancy between the odds displayed and the actual correct odds at the time of bet placement (for example, due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation), ak88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed after an event has commenced or after the outcome is known — regardless of how the bet was accepted by the system — may be voided at ak88's discretion.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket betting on BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are subject to their own market rules. Odds in in-play markets are subject to rapid change; the odds confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to your bet. ak88 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's end that result in a bet being placed at unintended odds.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games on ak88 — including slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are delivered via licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing individual games are those published by the respective game provider. In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ak88 will follow the game provider's official void and reconnection policy.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activities on ak88. These limits vary by market, game, and player account status. ak88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion, including as part of responsible gaming interventions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ak88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity at any point during your engagement with ak88.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under another person's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or tournament game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were legitimately made to your ak88 account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in any way that replaces genuine human engagement.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using ak88 for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ak88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward ak88 customer support agents or any other platform representatives.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your ak88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC verification process. Accounts cannot be closed while there are pending withdrawal requests or active account investigations.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ak88

ak88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement to close the account

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ak88 is not obligated to return any funds held within the account and may apply those funds toward recovery of losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. ak88 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email or mobile number before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or formally close their account if they no longer intend to use the platform.

8.4 Disputes

Any dispute arising from your use of the ak88 platform must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ak88 will investigate and respond to all formal disputes within a reasonable timeframe. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
